Michelle Teitsma Biography

I have been teaching at DVSA for a couple of years now, teaching oils, acrylics and just recently, watercolour with marker. My art has been influenced lately with my plein air excursions and my personal journey into simplifying my work into something more organic. This is still a journey and my art is still evolving as I teach and learn.

I have been a partner at the Jordan art gallery for a while and was on the advisory board at Grimsby art gallery for a number of years. I graduated from Sheridan College in 1983 with a degree in animation as well as a degree in advanced airbrush at Mohawk college.
